1. PREP: Peel off the central film of the adhesive cover sheet.
2. ASSEMBLE: Place the sap patch onto the center of the adhesive sheet.
3. APPLY: Press the patch firmly onto the soles of your feet (or any other desired area).
4. REST: Leave the patch on for at least 6 hours (ideally overnight).
5. FINISH: Remove the patch and wipe away any residue with a wet wipe or rinse with lukewarm water.

• Usage Note: Once the moisture is absorbed, the powder inside may turn into a liquid/paste. Be careful not to stain clothing or bedding.
• Single Use Only: Do not reuse patches. Use immediately after opening.
