Through collaboration with eBay's partner carriers, we are shipping worldwide. Although the country is limited to a standard fare due to the Covid, it can be shipped worldwide at a cheaper express rate. For cheaper shipping cost, some countries, such as Canada and Russia, are shipping by K-pocket (post). All shipments are provided with tracking numbers and can be tracked.
US(Mainland) / CA / AU / UK
and CN / HK / JP / MY / TH / VN (Asia)
Excluding USA, more delivery cost could be charged app. US$3 to 15 variation depend on the country.
CA / CN / HK / JP / MY / TH / VN will be shipped by K-pocket with tracking number.
Countries other than the ones described above
Express delivery can be added up more delivery cost app. US$10 to 35 variation depend on the country.
Combined order is helpful to reduce additional shipping cost excluding USA. The added amount is based on total weight and freight of your order.
Shipping method :
We will ship your order within 2 to 3 business days via eBay Delivery (Standard & Express) or K-pocket Standard delivery.
It will usually take 7 to 20 business days after shipment for standard shipment.
Express (DHL) may take more days depend on the condition of Covid but would be faster than standard delivery.
We offer Tracking Number for all shipment.
Orders under $35 can be requested for additional shipping charges via message.
Customs-related taxes and fees :
Customs-related taxes and fees are defined as charges associated with the customs processing and clearance of the order shipment, including customs taxes, import duties, goods and services taxes (GST), valued-added taxes (VAT) and administrative or brokerage fees. The price of our products are not included any custom-related taxes and fees. The buyer will be responsible for customs and tax charges.

When to Expect Your Order Please allow 2-7 business days for processing of your online order. Normally we are releasing within 3 business days.
Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.
Our Return Policy We are able to accept merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package. If the product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item to your original method of payment.
We will pay the return fee if the defect in the product is proved to be due to our fault.
